I would recomend this place for anyone who wants to stay close to margaon but not in the main city
10.0My Father was travelling for a funeral. The Owner Brendon was very sweet and friendly. He called us 2 days prior to enquire about the travel and if we needed any assistance. When I informed him about my fathers purpose of visit and if he could find some cab service who would be able to take my father around, he offered to pick, drop and take my father around on his 2 wheeler as the transport in south goa is not very strong. He even gave me updates on the locations there were at. It was very helpful. The Stay was a good stay, room was clean, location wise the property is located in the interior in Chinchinim South Goa. its around 20 -30 minutes from Margaon Railway station. Chinchinim church and main market it aroud 10 mins away.

10.0Tutto, tenuta bene pulita, ottima colazione, disponibilità, cordialità e empatia del personale che gestisce la struttura. Quiet area, comfortable bed with a clean, accessible pool. A great place to stay for a few pleasant days.

10.0I had a truly enjoyable stay. Carol and Peter were incredibly kind and generous hosts. Carol ensured that every day was filled with the delight of her delicious home-cooked meals; breakfast, lunch, and supper, which made my experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, I’ll be booking with them again in the future.
Truly enjoyed my stay. It was good value for money
8.0The rooms were clean with well made up beds. The AC was working fine and kept the room cool. The host Peter was very courteous and helpful In fact when my car wouldn't start and I had to go for a wedding reception, he offered to drop me on his scooter. Thankfully my car started. The reception was 13 kms away! He even made a breakfast of eggs when I did not feel like going out to eat. The facility has no restaurant btw. You get a morning cup of tea with biscuits though.
− There was no kitchen / restaurant for food and you have to walk down quite a distance to get a meal
