10.0The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in! There was snacks in the room on arrival with water and tea/coffee facilities. We called the host to advise we wouldn’t be able to check in until midnight the host was so accommodating and left the keys in a lock box. Spoke to the host the next morning who was very helpful about where to visit locally. We stayed here after being at a concert in slane castle and it was only a few kilometres away would highly recommend.

10.0Mary and Val were the perfect hosts and certainly Val went out of his way to ensure my stay was most enjoyable - he is extremely knowledgeable about historical and cultural aspects of the region and also knows of some great pubs in the local area ! I would definitely stay at Acrewood again and hopefully in the not too distant future.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The house is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable throughout. Mary was an outstanding host friendly and incredibly helpful. She provided excellent recommendations and shared great insights about the local area and must-see sights. She provided us with tea, coffee, fresh fruit, and biscuits. The shared bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend staying here.
