View from apartment was fantastic and proximity to Varenna was great, where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from.

− The fast road outside the apartment, although there was a path off the road via the village which avoided the pathless road section.

The best stay I've ever had. The host was so wonderful, the apartment is so beautiful. It has everything you could need. The view from the windows were exceptional. I could find nothing wrong with the stay.

We stayed at Namaste Apartment Fiumellatte for five nights and had a memorable and enjoyable stay. There are two highlights of this apartment. First, it is in a great location, this flat is located in Fiumellate which is just a 20-minute walk to Varenna, one of the three golden triangles places for visiting Lake Como. The famous Milky River waterfull is nearby, and you can step up the mountain to see the water source easily. In addition, several other attractions can be reached on foot. The balcony and windows of the apartment have a direct view of the lake, which is amazing. In terms of transportation, this place is very convenient for traveling by train. There is an express train from Milan to Varenna, or you can take a local train from Lecco to get off at Fiumellatte. Fiumellatte station is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Fiumellatte station is at a remote location, but the scenery is unique. If you drive by car, please note that there is no parking space allocated for the apartment. According to our observation, there are several parking places nearby where you can park from 8pm to 8am, but there are restrictions on daytime parking, which can only be parked for a maximum of 2 hours. You need ask the owner for more info on parking if you travel by car. The second highlight is that the owner of the apartment, Stefano, is very kind and helpful. Our train from Milan was delayed several times. When we arrived in Varenna station it was quite late. When we saw the owner who took the initiative to drive to the train station to pick us up, we felt that our fatigue disappeared. You feel you got someone to support you when you need. In addition, the apartment itself is spacious and the decoration style is unique, full of exotic atmosphere. You have complete living supplies with the flat. The only thing is that if the bedroom lights could be adjustable to be brighter as it is a little dim for us.
