Es un agujero en Barcelona, con lo que cobran podrían tener el apartamento mejor arreglado. Las fotos son una cosa y el apartamento otra. Las camas son horrorosas. El edificio estaba en obras y los albañiles pasaban por la terraza del apartamento para ir a las terrazas contiguas a hacer las obras. La terraza y el apartamento están llenos de polvo de la obra. Estaban los andamios colocados en las ventanas de las habitaciones. No teníamos ni intimidad ni seguridad ni limpieza. No devolvieron el dinero.

− Todo, lo primero no se puede alquilar algo que está en obras y no hacer caso a las reclamaciones.

− L’appartement était sale, la lampe dans la chambre était cassée avec une paquet de cigarettes coincé dessus. Le mobilier sur la terrasse était cassé. Le canapé lit était extrêmement sale, nous avons donc dû dormir à 3 dans deux lits une place. Sans mystère cela était très très peu confortable. Le toasteur ne marchait pas. La vaisselle de la cuisine était sale, il n’y avait même pas le strict nécessaire comme du sel, du poivre ou encore de l’huile. Nous avons contacté le seul numéro à disposition donc ceux qui s’occupent de l’obtention des clés. Ils nous ont dit qu’ils rapporteraient nos plaintes et trouveraient une solution mais nous avons jamais reçu de réponse de leur part sauf « nous ferons tout le nécessaire » mais rien n’a été fait. Heureusement nous avons récupéré l’entièreté de la caution. Le prix est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.

− Esperienza pessima. Prima di partire avevo chiesto aggiornamenti sui lavori in terrazza e sui mobili esterni rotti segnalati da altri ospiti, ricevendo rassicurazioni che tutto fosse stato sistemato. Invece abbiamo trovato subito un tavolo con una gamba rotta e una sedia rotta. I mobili, sia interni che esterni, sono inoltre molto vecchi, rovinati e non corrispondono alle foto. Per un giorno e mezzo siamo rimasti senza gas e acqua calda, senza poter cucinare né fare una doccia calda. Nonostante ripetute segnalazioni, ho ricevuto una proposta di rimborso ridicola solo dopo l'intervento di Booking e giorni di email rimaste senza risposta. Lenzuola vecchie e troppo piccole, che si spostano lasciando scoperto un materasso sporco. Ma la cosa più grave è la totale mancanza di privacy: operai presenti dalla mattina presto sulla terrazza e davanti alle finestre, proprio quando gli ospiti dormono con le finestre aperte perché non c'è aria condizionata. Problema più volte segnalato e completamente ignorato. Ciliegina sulla torta: la terrazza, vero punto forte dell'appartamento, è inutilizzabile di giorno perché completamente esposta al sole e priva di qualsiasi copertura. La sera, quando finalmente sarebbe possibile usarla, si è vincolati da regole estremamente restrittive che impongono il silenzio assoluto dalle 22 alle 8 e alla minima conversazione arrivano immediatamente lamentele e richiami. In pratica si paga anche per una terrazza che non si può godere. Un appartamento che non dovrebbe essere affittato. Da evitare assolutamente se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza.

− Terrazza non utilizzabile x 2 giorni su 3 per lavori in corso. Ventilatori rumorosi. Assistenza poco seria (sostenevano di non sapere dei lavori).

Terrace

− The place is run down, the terrace is the only bonus but even using it is limited as there was building work which was not mentioned , the terrace was dusty and has to vacate in the morning because the workers are doing works and dust everywhere. There was no aircon, even fans cannot beat the heat and fans were all dusty. It very uneasy to sleep because of the dirt, we had to mop everyday due to the dust and insect, my children had lots of insect bites. The sofa bed is dirty, the beds in the room are broken and sagging. There were no wine glass, there were not enough kitchen utensils , the appliances were all so old. Also the bedlinens are so old, oh my goodness the towels were so old, like very old, please you can even buy nice cheap ones in Primark. I suggest the owner has to come and check the facilities it’s too bad, the reviews are all the same and i thought the owner took the reviews seriously but the facilities and reviews are true, it looks like you are in remote communities to have this property. Also there were festival and the streets are all full of paints, items of decorations, it’s dangerous to pass due to limited spaces to pass through, the materials were lying on the floor like metal wires etc. I was even thinking to ask for refund even some amount as i didn’t ihave the service and quality of what i paid for or i should be offered a free stay next time due to the expensive price i paid. My family was not happy but we tried to enjoy it. Plus we had to go somewhere else to pick up the key which is very inconvenient when you arrive late at night. The only positive one is where we overstayed 28 minutes after 11 am check out as our taxi was cancelled and trains were delayed, the cleaner was waiting for us patiently.
