9.0Location, interior of house, laundry facilities. Plenty of towels for inside and out, pool guard for young children, kitchen well stocked with everything we could need, plenty of space. Overall decor extremely nice.
− Outside decking was uneven and not suitable walking on without shoes (caused splinters in kids) and the outside cushions were not clean (cat fur or some kind of animal fur in mornings). Also glass on windows was not clean.

6.0De forma geral a casa estava bem equipada. Bastante espaçosa, bem decorada. Tinha muitas comodidades necessárias para uma boa estadia.
− Quando chegamos à propriedade tivemos que aguardar 30minutos porque ninguém nos tinha enviado as instruções para entrar e ninguém nos atendia o telefone. Quando atenderam lá nos deram um código para abrir o cofre. Podiam ter enviado logo para não termos que aguardar tanto tempo. O deck da zona exterior necessita de manutenção, porque tem tábuas e parafusos soltos. Haviam apenas 10 toalhas para a piscina quando éramos 14. A mesa de jantar devia de ter lugar para todas as pessoas. E a limpeza deixou bastante a desejar. Mas o pior de tudo, foi mesmo no check-out, às 10 já nos estavam a pressionar para sair e já estávamos a tirar os carros. A senhora começou logo e reclamar e mencionamos que também entramos 30minutos mais tarde e a senhora foi super rude e teimou connosco que nos tinha enviado o código. A postura não foi correta e confesso que influenciou bastante a nossa percepção da estadia.
