All the extra beds! And the owner/ manager was very friendly, he helped us with multiple issues and answered quickly.

− It's Florida, bugs.. bring bug repellent, and apply it daily. We all had a lot of bug bites from being outside, Australian bronzer with SPF 30 worked really good to keep the bugs away.

We loved how clean, beautifully styled, and well equipped this property was for our three families with kids. There were games, extra toiletries, snacks if you need them before a grocery run, plenty of space and an oh so cozy couch that everyone could spread out on. The beach is right there which made it possible for all to enjoy throughout each day. The deck was so nice and you can see the ocean. The firepit was nice for roasting s’mores with the kids. We have zero complaints about this stay and appreciated the prompt response from the hosts when we had a question. Thank you!!!

Recent house: not overused (that’s usually what you notice first). I’d say the house is no more than 2 years old for sure. Doesn’t show up (at this day) on the satellite map). Very easy to find. Nice decoration / colors / lot of natural light. Outside shower for when coming back from the beach. Small but useful back garden with brand new (in our case) propane BBQ; lots of seats. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One parental suite (king size led) downstairs; three bedrooms (queen size bed) upstairs; three additional cots (adult size and very comfortable, I’m 6’ tall and it was smooth and perfect). Upstairs is a semi-bedroom with a bulk bed that has “drawer bed”: fits 3 people. All linens included as well as towels; lots of toilet paper… don’t have to bring yours. I especially appreciate the 2 beach umbrellas; 4 beach chairs; cart; games… this was really a great surprise. There’s detergent in the laundry room and 4 tabs for the dishwasher. Communication with the tenant was super easy, fast and respectful all the time (and I asked a lot I have to admit). I pay attention to details and can’t think of any red flag on that property.

− 2 cars parking spaces in front of the house. Part of the road was not finished during our stay; so two more cars could fit in that corner. Swab should be done before guests arrive: obviously only the Hoover is utilized to clean up the house, and although it looks clean, we all had dirty feet walking inside.
