10.0Perfect location for doing events in Leadville. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

1.0− It was very small. No fan or AC. No screen on bathroom window. Sink faucets were loose. Shower head sprayed to the side. It’s a .05 star. Very expensive. 3x the price of the Hyatt we stayed at the next night. Super disappointed.

10.0So modern , this place is a collrado vibe!!! 100% recommend you stay, the location is perfect to walk to dinner, shops etc! We loved it for a family of 4 plus a puppy

− Frustrating experience. Basic services failed during the stay, and management shrugged it off without offering any resolution.
You can't tell a book by it's cover
8.0Bright lighting everywhere you want, comfortable bed and pillows, high quality soap, shampoo and conditioner from a locally sourced, environmentally conscious company, real cutlery and road noise was mostly covered by the small but mighty portable fan.
− The room would benefit from a full length mirror, perhaps on the back wall.
Great little roadside motel with nice rooms
9.0Great location and really nice modern rooms. Nice contrast to the traditional roadside motel look which is what we wanted
− The guy with the leaf blower going off at 8:30am when check out isn’t until 10am
