The location is close to nice swimming spots, with amazing clear water.

− Apartment is not only dated but was not very clean, microwave and fridge were apparently never ever cleaned. Shower was clogged and was leaking water. There are two bedrooms, just one has air conditioning, and a not a powerful one. When we turned it on and left, we came back to AC being switched off, obviously host was entering appartement in our absence. We contacted local tourist agency which was provider and had following conversation: Me: Hi - we have some issues in our apartment - as there is heat wave and our apartment air conditioning is not very strong we want to keep it running even when not in apartment. However whenever we come back, air condition is turned off and we strongly suspect that our host have been entering apartment in our absence (as ac remote was moved and doors to bedroom were closed). As I made reservation via booking I checked property policies and there was nothing written about limitations on air conditioning usage, I am also fairly confident that entering apartment in our absence is not entirely legal. Before raising this as formal complaints via booking I was hoping you will be able to help us, so how do we go from here? Agency: We contacted the host, and he was in the apartment to shut down the AC as you werent home for a long time and he is afraid that the AC dosent break or catch fire du to overuse during the heatwave as this things happen, so it was purely from saftey reasons he went to check. He wants to apologize if this botherd you but he begs that when you leave the house you turn off the AC if you plan to spend the entire day out, because he says thats what is writen in the house order in the apartment you are staying in. Thank you once more understanding and cooperation. I do appreciate agency for stepping in and taking situation seriously, however I would frankly recommend to drop this place from listing ...
