9.0Un lindo y moderno departamento ideal para 3 personas (entran hasta 4, pero no se qué tan cómodo será en ese caso), con un balcón a la calle. A pesar del frío de afuera, en el depto la temperatura era ideal: tiene aire acondicionado, pero ni era necesario: las aberturas son muy herméticas Se puede caminar a av Pellegrini, donde hay muchos restaurantes y bodegones; y también a Bv. Oroño, la clásica avenida rosarina que desemboca en el río. Está a menos de 10 cuadras del parque independencia, y del monumento a la bandera. Hay locales comerciales en la cercanía, y un gran supermercado a una cuadra. Fernando, el anfitrión muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, y nos dio consejos de qué visitar y qué lugares recomendaba para comer.
Excelente todo. Fernando, su anfitrión, nos recibió muy amablemente con mucha calidez y respeto.
