A little gem of a place, best property we have stayed at in Great Yarmouth!

Very clean property , the very large bed was extremely comfortable, there was two toilets, which was handy, the sofas were new and very comfortable, 50 inch tv with Netflix, they also provided an excellent welcome pack, the property was very central, and the garden was very nice, with a beautiful display of hanging baskets brimming with flowers, we have been visiting Great Yarmouth for 13 years and wish we had found this little gem earlier.

Perfect dog friendly cottage.

Perfect little cottage. Great location near the dunes. Easy flat walk along the coast to Yarmouth or Caister on sea. Dog friendly and everything you would require for a superb stay. Lovely enclosed garden and driveway parking. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location - 10 mins walk to the dunes and beach. Far enough away from all the noise. Well equipped one bedroomed bungalow with fully enclosed patio garden and garden furniture. Great sized lounge and dining area. Plus secure off road parking.

− The wet room ...stays wet for a while! No biggie, just don't forget and walk in there in your socks!! No decent sized bowls for brekkie or pasta / rice dishes but that's a small grumble. Oh and maybe a small sized frying pan as the massive one was way too big for me!

A comfortable holiday cottage in a great location.

We loved our stay at Garden Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and welcoming with some lovely little touches including the owners providing bread, milk and eggs for our arrival. The bed was large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. In terms of location, it was perfect, just a short walk (or drive) to the seafront.

− A couple of small issues we encountered during our stay, we couldn’t regulate the temperature of the shower, it was hot then cold no matter what we did. Also the cooker has an electric hob and the dials were missing their markings so difficult to work out whether the hob was on high, medium or low and struggled with the grill. Saying that, neither of these things spoilt our stay and we would definitely return.

A wonderful place to stay

The accommodation was lovely, really clean, bright, and comfortable. There was absolutely everything we needed for an easy self catering holiday and the outdoor space was fab too. The location was perfect for us, a short walk to the beach and close to the Waterways and several cafes. The town centre was a bit further on, the walk along the seafront was nice and flat. We really enjoyed our time at Garden Cottage and would recommend it.
