The receptionists were always really nice. The check-in and check-out were fast and simple thanks to them. The bed and the room were really spacious. The bathroom was comfortable, and the room was well illuminated by natural light during the day. The area was perfect considering how near bus and tram stations are, along with many restaurants and grocery stores.

− Some lamps were not working, and there were some strange sounds at night, but overall, it felt illuminated and safe enough. The bed's mattress might not be the best for people suffering from lower back pain like me, but it was good for average people not affected by such pains.

− При заселении вместо заказанных двухкомнатных аппартаментов (гостиная с софой + отдельная спальня, площадью 30 квадратных метров) предложили однокомнатную студию вдвое меньшей площади. Более того: этой студии вообще нет в описании отеля. Все номера двухкомнатные. Это номер для отдыха персонала, расположенный рядом с прачечной и техническим помещением. За предоставление заказанного нами номера работники отеля требовали доплату более 200 евро (Стоимость апартоментов оплаченная на сайте Booking составила 600 евро) . Только после двух часов переговоров и звонков в подержку Booking удалось настоять на своем. Конечно, и в номере который мы наконец получили, были некоторые недостатки, например для того, чтобы заменить 5 неработающих лампочек потребовалось 5 дней. На первом фото студия, в которую нас хотели заселить (вид от входной двери, справа, при входе плита). Остальные фото - это заказанные нами апартаменты.

Suită foarte spațioasă, conform descrierii, loc de parcare lângă hotel, cu foarte multe restaurante în jur și foarte aproape de ieșirea spre Ercyies ski resort.

− La dus venea apa în valuri, ba rece bă caldă. Cred ca din cauza programării centralei termice proprii suitei.

Location is the only highlight

The location was convenient and well positioned. The shower had good water pressure and consistently hot water. Aside from these points, the overall experience is better explained in the “What didn’t you like” section.

− The reception service was inconsistent. While two staff members were just doing the bare minimum, one of them was clearly rude, unhelpful, and seemed to be in a bad mood most of the time, which made it difficult to ask for any assistance. The accommodation had serious maintenance issues. There was a leak in the ceiling, with water constantly dripping, leaving the rug wet and creating a very uncomfortable environment, in addition to a strange smell in the room. Some of the furniture was damaged. There was a broken bench and a glass table with cracked glass that was coming apart and releasing sharp pieces. As we used the table to work, this caused constant concern about getting injured. Another negative point was the noise early in the morning. Between 7 and 8 a.m., there were frequent conversations in the hallway near the room, possibly from the cleaning staff, which disrupted our rest every day. The internet connection was extremely poor. We work online, and the Wi-Fi was not usable at all. It was insufficient for streaming Netflix or performing basic online tasks, forcing us to rely entirely on our own mobile 4G connection throughout the stay. Additionally, although the accommodation advertises a kitchen with a stove, it is not properly equipped. There were no plates, no cutlery, and no basic kitchenware. Only two cups and a small coffee spoon were provided. As a result, the kitchen was unusable, and we had to eat out every day, which defeated the purpose of choosing a place with a kitchen. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and far below our expectations.

Nettes Personal am Empfang.

− Bathroom was dirty, dust and hairs everywhere. It was a cold time by 12° but no heating available. The kitchen ist completety empty, no pots and dishes, no glasses. The bed was terrible, much to soft and quaky.
