Some improvements needed

5.0

The room had a heater that warmed up the room fairly quickly. Hairdryer and Tea&coffee was a nice touch.

Mold in the bathroom. Shower was not working (it was either freezing cold or boiling hot water) the pub was closed due to flooding which was out of the control of the owners but we ended up spending 40mins trying to find an alternative place to eat. The Chiverton arms staff could have contacted and told us beforehand so we could have planned and made alternative arrangements for food as most of the other pubs in the area were fully booked. Considering that we paid nearly £90 to stay here for one night it was not a good value for money and we felt ripped off.

Good accommodation. Worth the money

9.0

Clean and good facilities, refills of tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron and board etc Good location, more spacious than it seems from the picture. We had Lodge 3. Very pleasant and professional staff

As it was in the grounds of a popular pub it wasn’t always possible to find a parking space on returning after a day out. Perhaps more of a problem for us than others as husband has a disability.

I never stayed there l was just there for less than 30 minutes

I didnt even sleep there l just feel trapped cause l wasnt happy and l have to look for another place and at first they said they would offer bed and breakfast then upon arrival they said no and even said they won't refund me ,anyway it was fine l just left the keys and go,but l feel robbed and was frastrated since it was my first time there. so l just paid £84 for viewing the room of which l feel logically wasn't fair.

Nothing at all

Basic but clean.

5.0

It was clean and tidy. Convenient commuter location - close to A30.

Thin walls, take ear plugs! Outside looks unfriendly, better inside.
