Es un verdadero paraíso. Dormir escuchando las olas del mar y sentir la brisa marina por la noche es simplemente maravilloso. El lugar transmite mucha calma y es perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. En general, todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es super amigable y servicial. Ya extraño el lugar!!!

− Lo único a considerar es que las paredes son un poco delgadas, por lo que a veces en las mañanas se escuchan ruidos. Fuera de eso, todo fue PERFECTO!!!

If you want peace and quiet, it’s a nice beach house, but needs improvement in customer experience

Location was the best at the beach of El Cuyo - peaceful and quiet.

− The staff made meals for their families in the kitchen of our house for half of the day. When we booked the whole house, we wanted to have it to ourselves, so we were shocked when we saw they were staying in our kitchen for hours after preparing the breakfast for us. Moreover the breakfast selection was nonexistent - everyday the same porridge, fruits, eggs. There were no fresh vegetables, cheese, etc. The staff also didn’t speak English at all, so it was hard to comunicate. When you go on holidays, you just don’t want to ask for everything that should be there. Same with cleaning of the rooms - there was no information, that it was only optional. Nobody came to change the towels or clean the rooms until we asked on day 4. Especially there were cockroaches going around here and there inside rooms (not to mention lots of lizards, but it’s totally understandable in this climate). The main thing with communication is that the owners are not there, they are only remotely in charge, so they can’t control what their staff is doing or not doing.
