Great hotel in Wan Chai but it is big and can feel crowded.
8.0We were a family four and booked a suite with a connecting twin room. Rooms were spacious and good furnishings. It’s a new hotel with 1k rooms in the heart of old Wan Chai. Very close to MTR and access to other parts of the island via taxis (17th floor shout out to Jason) and trams. As lobby is on 19th there are a number of lifts before you get up to the checkin and then your room. Once on the mall level (3rd) you are then down to ground and street level. The front desk was efficient and staff eager to please but it’s a big hotel and lots going on including conventions and non resident in the lobby. We didn’t dine in house so can’t comment. The pool area was great and gym was well equipped.
− The lift system got a bit much when there was multiple conventions. See pictures.
