1.0Let's see. Locked out of our room 3 times and the bar closed at 8. Crappy bath room.
Great potential, but need to up their game a bit.
7.0Great restaurant - the food was superb and very large servings. The staff was friendly, the room was fine. Having a common area wheee we could have coffee in the morning was nice.
− The hospitality staff was a bit clueless and unresponsive. Our door didn’t lock. - and they couldn’t fix it. The hot water for four rooms went out on Saturday night and initially the staff said that it couldn’t be fixed until Monday. I told them that was unacceptable and others complained as well, so they got it fixed by about 9 pm. This was an expensive room, but the sheets were cheap.
Great location for our day trips to Chiricahua NM and Ft. Bowie National Historic Site. We’ll be back.
9.0Everything we needed was close by. Restaurant, bar, store was just a short walk from our room. The courtyard between the store and restaurant was a great meeting place.
− The courtyard outside our casita was nice. I realize it’s Arizona, but the lounge chairs should be covered until use. Very dusty.
