9.0Співвідношення ціна - якість. Наявність власного подвір'я з гойдалкою та гіркою. Просторі апартаменти з великою повноцінною кухнею, наявність посудомийки. Є кондиціонер, але не користувалися (не було потреби). В апартаментах є Іграшки та книжки для дітей. Розташування не на узбережжі, але досить зручне. До пляжів Рабацу автомобілем біля 20-25 хв, Пула та Пореч - 60 хв. Старе місто в Лабіні - 10 хв., в Лабіні є кілька великих супермаркетів.де можна купити все необхідне. Поряд з апартаментами - супермаркет місцевої мережі де було все необхідне.

7.0La posizione che per noi era importante; il rapporto qualità prezzo; il tipo di appartamento con completo uso cucina ( c’è anche la lavastoviglie ), il giardino e la zona griglia sotto al portico. La presenza della dolcissima gattina e le tartarughe simpaticissime allietavano il giardino. La comodità di trovare sempre parcheggio nella piazzetta vicina e il market. La cortesia della proprietaria e dei signori al piano superiore . Il sentirsi a casa.
− Le troppe ragnatele con relativi ragnii e polvere, i cuscini del letto di scarsa qualità come del resto le lenzuola e la trapuntina in sintetico. La mancanza di un cestino in bagno e di uno scendi doccia che però ci è stato fornito successivamente. In cucina il necessario..meglio sarebbe stato avere anche una tovaglia, qualche salvietta e una spugnetta in più per pulire il piano cucina e tavolo. Il wifi alquanto incostante e la TV in salotto non disponibile per un guasto.
