9.0It is clean. Location is great because it’s close to the metro. There is a lift. Air conditioning is a great benefit.

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing, with serious safety concerns, an uncomfortable room,

− * Extremely hot room; the air conditioning was not working properly. * Not suitable for families with small children. * The glass shower door fell onto our child’s head, almost causing a significant injury. * This raised a serious safety concern, particularly for a family travelling with a small child. * The accommodation was not ready until 16:00, which was a major inconvenience, especially as we were travelling with a small child. * We had to pay €6 for luggage storage while waiting. * We were told that the cleaning would be completed by 16:00, but we were never informed when the room was actually ready. * Shared kitchen and common areas were inconvenient, as the property was a large apartment divided into **three separate rooms**. * Overall, a very disappointing experience, particularly due to the safety concern involving our child.
The service to request a taxi to take us to the airport is excellent.

− The bed is to low and for tall people is very uncomfortable. The room is very small for a week-long stay. I would recommend it for a weekend.
