9.0Miejsce jako baza wypadowa bardzo dobra, lecz wszędzie trzeba dojechać. Obiekt i otoczenie po całym dniu wycieczek bardzo dobre na spokojny wypoczynek.
− Trochę by należało dopracować czystość w łazienkach.

10.0Miejsce w miarę spokojne , klimatyczne z widokiem na góry. Dla dwóch osób komfortowo. Polecamy.
− Mały minus to niewygodne krzesełka na tarasie p. 32

10.0Położenie obiektu jest w doskonałym miejscu. Blisko do centrum Niedzicy, ale jednak z dala od tłumów turystów
