9.0員工很溫暖貼心的服務，有家的感覺，且熱心介紹附近好吃的餐廳，入住體驗很溫暖友善。
去的時候沒什麼人，畢竟是雪季末期了，老闆跟小幫手都很友善，房間很大，但我是一個人住三人房哈哈
10.0溝通友善，可以使用中文，免費雪場定時接駁，便宜雪具租借

10.0遇到人很好的老闆，在個方面都很幫忙，還有一些小夥伴們，有 Miffy (知道名字是因為一直看到拖鞋)、 負責接駁以及介紹燒肉給我們的弟弟等人，時間太短還來不及認識。最後離開時還出來道別，真是太感動了，只想說外面很冷趕快回屋裡啊！！

9.0提供咖啡机，免费的洗衣及烘干设施，浴室内还有24小时循环的热水浴缸，滑雪回来后在洗澡的时候泡一下蛮不错的；如果缺什么滑雪的装备都可以跟他们租或者购买，价钱也算合理；员工和老板都非常友善，住宿提供到苗场滑雪场的免费接驳车，如果需要去神乐/田代雪场的话巴士站就在住宿前面
− 隔音方面不好，如果恰巧跟一些比较不注意行走和说话声音的房客一起入住，会被他们造成的声音影响
