9.0Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, nur 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 5 Minuten zum Bäcker/Supermarkt! Schöner Sitzplatz in kleinem Garten.
− Etwas störend waren manchmal die lauten Trittgeräusche von oben.

7.0Woning was schoon en van alles voorzien, mooie omgeving , op loop afstand van winkels, restaurants en openbaar vervoer.
− Woning is gehorig ;als bewoners van boven gelegen appartement over de houtenvloer lopen is dat duidelijk hoorbaar. Het aanbrengen van een airco zo geen overbodige luxe zijn.
