The house is super cute, but not fussy. Everything was clean and fresh. The house has two living areas, a kitchen table, a dining room table and a game table with seating, along with 2 bathrooms. There was plenty of room in the house to visit with extended family and friends. The location made it easy to get to everything in Tyler.

− We had some hiccups the first night. The heater was not working when we arrived, but the property manager went out of her way to get space heaters for us before WM closed that night. But....the space heaters tripped the circuit breakers in both bathrooms and the main bedroom. Little bit of an adventure to get ready the next morning without good light. Plugging in a curling iron w a space heater going in the family room the next morning caused that breaker to trip, too. So, before trying to plug in a curling iron in the kitchen, we waited for one person's hearing aids to recharge. (The breaker box was in the garage which was inaccessible to us at the time, so we could not flip breakers back on ourselves.) The property manager met the heat/air guy at the house to repair the furnace and it was smooth sailing after that. She was in constant contact with us and we cannot say enough good things about her. ***Even with the hiccups, we would definitely stay at the house again.***
