− Mobilia un po' datata, esterni poco curati, servizi legati alla cucina e al cucinare vecchi, la lavastoviglie non funziona, la televisione neanche, la lavatrice è datata e molto rumorosa.

10.0Εξαιρετική εμπειρία στο Nearchos House! Υπέροχο μπαλκόνι, παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση που αποπνέει αυθεντική κυκλαδίτικη ατμόσφαιρα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για άνετη διαμονή. Πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο — θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.
Nice stay but needs some love and care
6.0Beautiful view. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Very clean. Nice outdoor seating area with umbrella.
− - no sponge to wash dishes - rusty kitchen tools: coffee press, steel wool - decaying furniture: kitchen chair falling apart - no comfortable indoor seating area: needs a couch or two arm chairs
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, qualche miglioria può rendere il soggiorno molto piacevole
