1.0The caravan park itself is nice. The location is convenient to tour around the local area.
− The caravan had not been cleaned when we arrived to check in - unmade, unclean beds, dirty dishes / towels and rubbish from previous holiday maker as well as broken toilet & shower. Eventually cleaner arrived, delaying check in by several hours which was far from ideal with kids to entertain / feed and the added unexpected expense of that. Caravan still not very clean afterwards. Pretty worn / dated and could do with some TLC and a proper deep clean, eg towel rails covered in rust with sharp, dangerous edges, dining chairs heavily stained etc. Plumber arrived following day but unable to mend toilet / shower fully. Still being passed from pillar to post between owner & booking.com to reach agreement about compensation which is really disappointing.

After we got scammed on booking.com we booked here same day! Stunning caravan and the owner came last minute to accommod
