− The furniture wasn’t suitably secured and when I was putting my clothes in the wardrobe it fell on me. I couldn’t get out from under it.
Lovely apartment, slightly frustrating communications
9.0Excellent location, very clean and modern. Very well equipped and very comfortable beds
− It was very noisy at night- I suspect this was because it was very hot, so we had to have the windows open and the street noise was very loud. I found the communication from livingway quite frustrating- they repeatedly messaged me to ask for copies of passports, which I had already sent, including three messages saying they would cancel the booking if I didn’t send them within 24 hours. They even sent this message after they had confirmed receipt. They also messaged me twice whilst we were there to tell me they were sorry but they couldn’t extend our stay; we hadn’t asked to extend, and it was all a bit confusing and irritating. Other than this I would highly recommend, it’s a very nice apartment
