10.0Beautifully decorated room, comfy bed, large bathroom, overall a great experience. Fanastic breakfast brought to your room, was able to relax and enjoy our weekend away. Nothing was too much trouble we would highly recommend, 5 stars!

A quality B&B
10.0Stylish, comfortable accommodation. Well placed to access everything Whitby has to offer. Welcoming and attentive service from the Owners Peaceful and scrupulously clean.
− On site parking would be nice, but appreciate that this is an issue at a lot of places in Whitby centre. We parked in the pay and display car park at the rear of the property during our stay. £11 per 24 hour period.

Please note that check-in outside of normal hours can only be organized by prior arrangement.
Please note that there are several flights of stone steps to access the house from the street and 2 flights of stairs to access the rooms from the hall. Also, the walk to and from town is via a steep slope. Highgate House may therefore not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
