Perfection. Just absolute perfection.
10.0One problem with people’s tendency to give super high marks on Booking is that true and exceptional places do not stand out. Nick’s place deserves 11 or 12 points instead of “just” 10. It’s been amazing, again. Super clean and well appointed, equipped with absolutely everything once might dream of in a holiday apartment. So thoughtful, so comfortable, and a generous and kind host on top. We would like to come back already! Cannot recommend enough!

10.0Udoban i prostran apartman. Sadržaji bolji od očekivanog. Domaćin predusretljiv i nenametljiv. Parking ispred zgrade odmah ispod apartmana. Nekoliko plaža u blizini smeštaja.

9.0The apartment was lovely, with many unexpected modern conveniences, appliances, and amenities and beautiful little touches, plus welcome liqueur, water, and wine, and various breakfast offerings.
− One bedroom had a dresser with drawers, but no closet. (The other had both.) More towel racks would also have been useful, although there were quite a few hooks and a drying rack for clothes on the balcony.

10.0Όσον αφορά την τοποθεσία, το σπίτι είναι σε μια πιο ήρεμη πλευρά της Χαλκίδας, το οποίο βοηθά με το πάρκινγκ. Επίσης, ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει ένα μικρό super market. Ο κ. Νίκος που με υποδέχθηκε ήταν φιλικότατος και με ενημέρωσε για τα πάντα. Φαίνεται ότι έχει δωθεί πολύ προσοχή στο σπίτι τόσο στο να δημιουργηθεί μια ωραία ατμόσφαιρα όσο και στο να νιώσεις όσο το δυνατών άνετα. Κανένα θέμα με την καθαριότητα. Υπήρχαν διάφορα πράγματα που μπορεί να χρειαστείς (πιστολάκι, ισιωτική, σίδερο / σιδερόστρα, είδη μπάνιου) Το σπίτι έχει επίσης ένα ευρύχωρο και άνετο μπαλκόνι πρώτου ορόφου. Πέραν των βασικών παροχών, υπήρχαν διάφορα σνακ, είδη πρωινού, καφέ. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα για διαμονή στην Χαλκίδα ανεπιφύλακτα.
− Δεν αφορά το ίδιο το σπίτι, αλλά ο χώρος του κλιμακοστασίου είχε τις μέρες που ήμασταν εκεί μια μυρωδιά κλεισούρας / υγρασίας.
