9.0Appartamento molto accogliente, fornito di tutti i comfort. Cucina ben attrezzata. Bagno piccolo ma ben servito dotato anche di riscaldamento a pavimento.
− L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore e ferrovia che passa proprio dietro. Difficoltà a parcheggiare la macchina dovendo usare parcheggi pubblici in strada.
