6.0The location, the neighbourhood, the friendliness of the owners and the garden which we were allowed to use.
− The apartment lacks basic equipment such as cleaning wipes, kitchen towels, cooking tools, which are needed and essential for short term stays. The furniture is partially broken/damaged and there's dirt below the bed in the sleeping room. It needs a thorough cleaning.

8.0The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is spacious and clean. Good location close to the city center, few minutes walking.
− The kitchen didn't have any washing liquid, salt or cutting boards, which are some essentials that are nice to have when staying for a few days. Parking could be tricky for bigger cars and narrow streets.
