The Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had
1.0The most awful hotel ever seen
− This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. On the day of my check-in, I was informed that the hotel was closed. There was no prior notice, no explanation, and no way to contact the property. I tried calling and messaging multiple times, but nobody responded. This left me without accommodation at the last minute and caused unnecessary stress and extra expenses. It is completely unacceptable to cancel a reservation on the day of arrival without providing any support or alternative. Fortunately, Booking.com stepped in and quickly helped me find alternative accommodation. I really appreciate their support and professionalism during a very stressful situation. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. If you value your trip and want reliable accommodation, book somewhere else.

1.0− Doesnt exist. Scam booking. Wont respond to anything.

1.0− Meg sem kaptuk a szállásunkat amit kifizettünk előre
Borzalom
