Is a good place to stay
9.0My first criteria when I choose a hotel or a place to stay is the clean. Yes,here is very clean! The staff is amazing, extremely helpful ,ready to accomplish every wish. I ate in different places in town, but in the end, the best food was here,in the hotel. Very good Chef and I thank him again! I'm a food lover. Quiet place, half an hour walking to downtown,1 hour walking to Victoria waterfalls. You can pay by card or any currency... but, like everywhere in town 1euro=1$
− The ergonomics of the room. The TV is on the wrong wall (I don't watch TV, just saying), the bathtub needs a longer pipe, no support for personal stuff at the sink or inside the shower cabin, no power on both beds (very important!).

3.0I got stuck outside after a night and there was Noone to open the gate had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the night.

7.0Property is okay, 1.5kl out of town centre. Taxi best to use. Breakfast is okay.
− Being out of town centre not always good to walk, poor signs, lot of lanes, streets look similar. Nighttime best to use taxi as animals come in to town and wander around.
