6.0The staff were extremely helpful especially since I had an issue with my check in for my flight and didn't have a local phone line. However, the facilities themselves: It's really pricey for what it's worth and felt honestly as though I had been had. I would check hotels around and see what times their shuttle service starts at, as I personally found it to be more of a hostel than hotel, you hear everyone and every sound. I would have likely paid less, or equivalent for a real hotel room and gotten much more comfort. Single bed, quick in and out. It's a service hotel and if you really really really don't want the hassle you take this for an early flight, but you won't sleep very much.
