If you don’t mind staying somewhere completely different…
5.0Beds were comfortable and place was clean enough. There were a couple of bathrooms and they were well presented. Air conditioning was also excellent and you had use of a lift.
− I am not sure what type of scam they are trying to pull here, but the listing does not match the photos in any way. Also, a different address was sent to us before arrival which was 5 minutes away from listed address. So, something a little fishy. This was further proven when I requested the wi-fi as the one provided did not exist. I was told that they had forgotten to change it🤔 You are also are met with the ‘Italian Special Check-in’ the Italians are so fond of. You know the one - if you require a check-in past the stated time, you will be charged X amount?! Only to turn up and find it is self check-in. Just another way to trick tourists into paying out further. The ‘kitchen’ (very loosely termed), was a kettle??? There was no ‘city/landmark/mountain-view’, questionable again as we did not have a window. The spotlights continuously flickered, we did however have bedside lamps, but if you do not want to feel like you are being interrogated, I suggest not turning these on - unless of course, you like burnt retinas. Categorically, no 24 hour front desk. There was no 24 hours and definitely no front or desk. We only stayed one night and if the owners were honest, I would definitely recommend this place. And, each to their own, but personally, I cannot bear dishonesty or anyone trying to hoodwink you. So this was a definite no-no for me.

− Комната которую бронировали, судя по всему не существует. Нам предложили другую свободную, которая даже рядом не стояла с той, которую бронировали. Адрес жилья не соответствует указанному в объявлении. На пять двухместных комнат «на кухне» всего две тарелки, одна из которой треснутая, и одна вилка. Умывальник в одной из ванных комнат был забит, вода не уходила. Дверь в нашей комнате была с дырой изнутри, которую попытались некачественно устранить. Квартира на последнем этаже под колоколом, который вас разбудит в 7:30 утра. Хозяйка странная, часто находится в квартире, пытается контролировать все, ходит по комнатам, отвлекает от своих дел и планов, вместо того, чтобы как-то улучшить качество пребывания гостей. Налог просит заплатить наличными на руки.

− Il manquait peut être la climatisation parce qu'il faisait particulièrement chaud quand nous y sommes allés. Il y avait toutefois un petit ventilateur d'appoint fort utile.
