Pelicans Perch is the perfect little place on the beach! It’s easy to get to, clean, comfortable, and has everything fo
9.0Location was perfect! Our bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of big fluffy towels and hair dryers.The house was nicely decorated with many thoughtful touches. We loved all the beach supplies and games. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus.
− Dishwasher had a very bad odor, we didn’t feel comfortable putting dishes in there. Upstairs bathtub is VERY slippery.

10.0The owner communicated well throughout our stay and made sure that our family had everything that we needed prior to our arrival. We are bookmarking Pelicans Perch as our new favorite beach spot in the St. Aug/Ponte Vedra area.
