Cosy winter place and central walking distance to town centre.

− Suggestion: shelf in downstairs ensuite would be an added benefit to place toiletries in bathroom.

A great holiday in an excellent location. So much to do in Padstow.
9.0Fantastic location with a short walk downhill into the town centre. Spacious property with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.
− Rather shabby and soft sofas in the lounge. Annoying layout in the kitchen with door unable to open fully and the island unit always seeming to be in the way! This meant that it really was only suitable for one person at a time to be doing anything in there.

8.0Location, high ceilings, great space with plenty of loos. Well equipped kitchen and wardrobe space.
− Beds uncomfortable could be helped with a deeper topper to disguise the springs, pillows flat. not easy to get air flow in kitchen as windows don’t open.
