− I never received the instructions for obtaining the keys to access the property. I couldnt contact the owner/agent of the property, as the emergency numbers i needed access to were never sent to me. This resulted in me having to book into a local hotel, at extra cost - until Key Cottages opened their office on Monday 23rd March.
