Relaxing stay in fabulous villa with excellent outdoor space.

We had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom villa which is exactly as shown in photographs and even more spacious in reality. Everything was great, starting with the smooth self-check-in and the thoughtful welcome pack upon arrival. Communication with the host and agency was excellent throughout our trip.The villa was very clean and well maintained throughout with newly renovated bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and utility areas. The air conditioned bedrooms and living area were extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated that the villa was already stocked with all the basic condiments, tea, coffee, and cleaning products. The outdoor facilities were superb—the pool was cleaned twice a week, and it's a great spot to relax.The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to a well stocked Spar shop and another 5 minutes to the beach and main promenade. Highly recommended!

− Only small issue was extremely slow draining and sometimes overflowing shower in the en suite bathroom. Not a huge problem - we managed to mop up with towels provided. Also noted that there are only 4 loungers - not a problem for us as we were 4 but not ideal for party of 6. Neither of these took from our enjoyment of the villa and just mentioned for consideration here.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus! Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Ausstattung & Komfort: Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt – in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Lage: Tolle Lage! Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso wie die lokalen Bars und Restaurants. Perfekt um den Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Trotz der Nähe zum Geschehen war es im Haus angenehm ruhig. Service & Kommunikation: Ein riesiges Lob an das gesamte Team! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts war erstklassig, super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Lovely spacious villa with everything we needed for our stay. Very well equipped with crockery, kitchen accessories, towels (bath and beach), appliances etc., (though a couple of bbq tools would be useful!) A short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and about a 15-20 minute walk to the main square. The villa is very comfortable, private and in a quiet location. Welcome food/wine was a very nice touch. We had a great stay and would definitely consider returning. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very efficient and helpful. We loved it!

− Everything was great, but 6 sunbeds would be nice in a villa that sleeps 6 (there were only 4, but probably because of limited space ... however there were plenty of sunbed cushions and chairs, so not a massive problem). You are asked to remove all rubbish, but bins are not very close by (or if they are, we didn't find them) and it took us a while to discover where they were, so better instructions/directions would be useful. (We had to leave a small bag of last minute rubbish as our taxi arrived early ... sorry!) Very small gripes that definitely wouldn't stop us coming again!
