The room is clean and spacious, beds are comfortable for each of us. I like the quality of bunk beds, they are so stable. The amenities are working well, complete kitchen stuff, water heater and clean toilet. It has nice smelling towels and beddings. Extra slippers and hangers. It is self check-in, even if we came in late, the owner is responsive and addressed our immediate needs. We even extended our stay for another night to have more time with Lipa friends. The parking is safe, the bldg has a lot of food shops, Alfamart, nearby fruit-stands, roast chicken and a lot more. The place is accessible, it is in the main road and the noise of the passing cars and motors at night didn’t bother our sleep at all. Worth the value of money. Thank you po Ma’am 😇

Its really comfortable and near in sentro u can buy food if u love to cook and also there is nearby food house. Our plan is to go around in Lipa since the place is better to rest than to go out... We stay and sleep. We enjoy the spacious place.

− Since its in the near road the place its quiet noisy even in late at night bcoz of the passing cars and motorcycles.

Easy to locate, madaming makakainan sa vicinity. The host is very accomodating and the property is really clean. You get yout money's worth

− Not very quiet since it is along the road and also not very secure. It is in a commercial building, easily accessible by anyone since walang guard and very open lang. Door lock not very secure also, walang double lock.

All I can say is 10 out of 10! The place, the household needs inside, everything was clean and beautiful. My family and I stayed there for 4 days, and it was very affordable since we got a discount from booking.com. The place was super comfortable—it really felt like being in your own home. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to Batangas and need somewhere to stay!
