Well located holiday property with excellent facilities.

The property was very well located for the beach, the town and the Norfolk Coast path. The facilities were excellent, in fact the property details don't mention everything. In particular, the kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of mugs, plates, bowls etc. to cater for a large group without having to wash up all of the time - the dishwasher was very welcome! There was also a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge AND freezer which were not all listed in the property details. I was delighted to find that there was a bathroom on each of the 3 floors, with a shower in 2 of them - this was not clear from the property details and I had thought we would be sharing access to 1 shower between 6 of us! There was plenty of room for our group and everything to make our stay comfortable.

− The parking was extremely stressful, so much so that once I had managed to park I decided to leave the car parked there until we were ready to go home again! Access to the parking off a one-way street was extremely narrow and it was necessary to reverse in after driving a short distance the wrong way up the one-way street to turn around. Just a couple of really minor things: information about controlling the heating and hot water would have been helpful, as would info about when the bins needed to be put out for collection.

Excellent location, plenty of space and sleeping options over three floors. Nicely equipped kitchen.

− Slightly narrow passage to get to the parking space. Some of the furniture was a bit 'tired' looking.
