3.0− It’s an apartment in a good location, but it looks extremely old and poorly maintained. The rooms were very dusty, as if no guests had stayed there in a long time. We went with our infant, and I was constantly worried about her being exposed to dust. There was only one caretaker managing everything—while he was polite, he wasn’t really capable of addressing any issues properly. Reaching the property by car was another hassle, as most of the roads were blocked by Shimla police.
