Cosy Cottage stay with some areas for improvement
7.0The cottage was cosy and had a lovely comfy bed. Spacious lounge and decent kitchen, plus an exceptional amount of books and reading materials. Communication was good and hosts were very accommodating of our request to park two vehicles.
− The garden/outdoor area was very overgrown and tucked around the side of the cottage (only access to this was via the front door and round the side of the garage), we didn’t end up using it at all despite the hot weather as it just didn’t feel very accessible or well maintained. The shower also only ran hot which wasn’t ideal. There was a bath though so we used this instead, otherwise we would have mentioned it during our stay.
Made to feel very welcome by our hosts and location was excellent.

10.0The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking distance to the town centre. Good base to visit local attractions such as Bodiam castle or Camber sands beach.
