− Little expensive for a non aircon use.Toilets at inconvenient location with ups and downs to reach.Elderly can trip if not careful especially at night.One toilet door to closet was too close and could not be used. A stair at back leading to upstairs not under our lock and key keeps us guessing if an intruder can get in
