− Firm mattress not to my liking, ideally some very basic items on arrival eg bottled water, no aircon and a fan in only 1 of 3 bedrooms

النظافه - تعاون الموظفين اي سؤال بالواتس اب يردون - الموقع يبعد عن السنتر 7 دقائق مشي - الشقه كانت ثلاث غرف تكفي لعدد 9 اشخاص واسعه واسره عدد كافي والحمامات ثلاثه بالشقة - كل شي كان جيد - اشكر الموظفين على حسن تعاملهم ورقيهم بالرد على اي استفسار

− المواقف في نفس المبنى ولكن بمقابل مالي 15 يورو لليوم لو كانت من ضمن الحجز كان افضل ومشجع للذي يستأجر حيث ان سعر الايجار مرتفع لايوجد ضرر من حساب المواقف ضمن الايجار - عدم وجود شامبو الشاور هذا الي كان ناقص وطلبت منهم وكان ردهم بلطف نحن شقق ولسنا فندق وهذا الشي الوحيد الناقص والا الشقه كامله من جميع النواحي -

The location was convenient in terms of 1. access to train station and buses, 2. short walk to pedestrian zone and mountain stream and 3. nearby to grocery stores and restaurants. The apt was large, new, well equipped with quality, professional materials and appliances. The building had security, elevators, underground parking and mountain stream water. The two balconies were also a good size.

− I had read about the issue with air conditioning and motion detectors in prior reviews. This 3 bedroom apt has only 1 supply of conditioned air (in the main room). You cannot keep the bedroom doors open since the very sensitive motion detector in the hallway will flood the area with bright lights when anyone goes in the hallway (such as going to the bathroom as the 2nd bedroom uses the hallway bath). The only good solution is to close the bedroom doors and open the windows inside the bedrooms. Fortunately, it is cool at night and the bedrooms are on the quiet side of the apt, facing the mountains and streams. But it is important to keep these windows closed during the day as there are no screens in these windows and the area has lots of flies. My disappointment was in not realizing that the main balcony faced a busy street that was quite noisy all the time (including evenings and mornings). And that the rear balcony, while quiet with the beautiful mountains in the distance, was fairly close to a neighboring apt building with balconies looking back at us. We didn't use our rear balcony when our neighbors were using theirs due to it being so close (which was most evenings). I was disappointed since the photos that I reviewed on Booking did not clearly show what either balcony would look at. And I don't remember other reviews addressing this (perhaps the noise and closeby neighbors did not bother them or they did not use the balconies). There is not much the building can do to address the issues with these balconies, other than include realistic photos of what you would actually look at when sitting on them. Perhaps other units might be better positioned. Having said that, we would likely stay here again as we valued the AC and large well-equipped space...and enjoyed the location.

Espectcular, estancia muy disfrutable.

Espectacular el departamento, las habitaciones super grandes y cómodas, la cocina muy bien equipada, la vajilla de primera, tuvimos todos los utensillos y electrodomésticos para hacer de comer. el supermercado al frente, todo de primera calidad. Cuenta con un living inmenso y con una terraza muy bien equipada para tomar cervecita o un café. El edificio es nuevo y modero sin perder el estilo del Pueblo y los colores armonizan perfectamente con el entorno, cuenta con salida al rio y la verdad que fue un placer inmenso poder disfrutar de las vistas. El ingreso a la cochera estuvo bien. cuenta con lavadora.
