Not good experience at all! I don’t recommend the colonial hotel because the guy in charged(Alejandra’s husband) wont li
1.0The TV didn’t work ,we talked to the man in charge, he said we had to wait to the next day, for him to fix it , so we asked him to move us to another room, he said , he couldn’t do it because we already I used the room , we had been in that too For 1/2 hours ? so we said t is not out fault that they don’t have the TV Working properly. Finally we could move to another room Next night a guy knocked the main entrance door very hard plus yell so hard calling the man in charge, to pen for him, it was around 2:00 am He woke up every body, when the man in charge opened the door for him, both of them were laughing and talking very loud with no respect for people that were sleeping , next morning I talked with the guy in charge, and he said in a very rude way, it is no my fault that this kind of things happens, nothing to do!he didn’t accepted suggestion, he was so arrogant!
Simple decent stay
7.0Rooms are small, simple and clean. It is an old colonial house, a step back into another world. Half a block from the main plaza.
