It was a great location but I’d choose somewhere else next time
7.0Walking distance to everything and great shops and restaurants nearby.
− The air conditioning didn’t work at all the first day and still struggled the rest of the stay. Also, having to go up and down 79 steps every time you went anywhere got a bit exhausting, especially in the heat

10.0The managers of this apartment are excellent. We were met at the apartment for the key handover. They helped us to book a taxi to airport. And also booked tickets to visit Galeria Colonna. We've stayed in this apartment twice before. It's an oasis of quiet in a very noisy (good noise) and sassy part of Rome.
− The apartment remains resolutely on the fourth floor! And there is no lift. This was the hottest summer in Roman record. The bedroom would be more comfortable if it has an AC machine.

10.0Everything was perfect! The location - just about 5 minutes walk to Colosseum. Valerio greeted us there and was super nice and welcoming! Air-conditioning was saving our lifes in the heat 😄 Stairs were not as bad as I thought after reading reviews - help you burn all the pizzas and ice creams. 😉 My favorite part was the balcony - having breakfast with parrots flying around and relaxing evenings with cold drink looking over busy streets.
− A little bit of sewage pipe smell in the bathroom, but it's just normal during hot weather and it was not unbearable. With open window barely noticeable.
