8.0Todo bien, solo que en la noche no había personal en recepción y el timbre para solicitarlo lo estaban toque y toque, lo cual fue molesto al no dejar dormir.
Horrible experiencia
2.0Pésimo servicio, no había nadie para poder entrar al hotel, tuve que llamar para que me dieran la clave de acceso y la contraseña para entrar a mi habitación, las instalaciones cómodas, confortables, pero sin ningún tipo de servicio, el frigobar vacío, hasta las siete de la noche llegó un empleado. La habitación da directo a la calle, muchísimo ruido de camiones, coches, etcétera, en la madrugada el viento hace mucho ruido también. Es una lastima por las instalaciones, todo lo demás pésimo

6.0The staff was not welcoming, they had us wait outside for 10 mins to check for the reservation. The room size is ok, but it’s on a busy street and the noise was too loud. The bathroom smelled bad. The parking lot is on a different street and the person in charge was not friendly. Overall 6/10
