It was a lovely room, with self catering facilities and ensuite bathroom. Adbul and his family were very warm and welcoming. The room and facilities were very clean, with everything necessary for your stay. The room is in a nice little neighbourhood with relatively nearby access to the tube. There are nearby shops, little restaurants and cafes should you need them. I would certainly stay there again. After reading some of the other reviews for this location I can verify that they are accurate. I also recommend the family's chicken curry btw! It was a pleasure to stay there and I was very glad to have met Adul and his family.

The property was close enough to Wembley stadium with a good connection to public transport. For the size of the accommodation it was good value . When meeting the host, he was friendly and welcoming. We were allowed to check in earlier with extra fee. Cooking facilities and bathroom/shower available

− There was no separate exit. In order to get in and get out of the accommodation, we had to go through the family home and then through the back was the annex ( accommodation). No curtains on the large window, just a big mirror but the top was still not covered, we had to DIY with some clothes to cover the window for privacy. Outside the annex ,right by the door multiple people,mostly men were smoking sisha past 2am and talking. We have returned late from an event approx 12.30 but we couldn't sleep due to people talking and smoking right outside our accommodation. We were tempted to leave and not bother sleeping as we didn't feel comfortable with it all, but we were exhausted. The large cupboard above the bed was removed but nothing was placed there , just holes in the wall. We probably slept no more than 3-4 hours because we heard sisha and talking from 6am again. No consideration of the fact that we are paying guests that want to sleep. Couldn't find a smoke detector or a carbon monoxide detector, anything for safety if an accident happened e.g a fire. There were live wires hanging from one of the lamps above the kitchen area.

Very good value stay for one person.
