Great stay big space and lots of support from company customer service, very happy with stay
8.0Constant customer support at all times when we need something it got sorted immediately, the spacious and clean property with new refurbishment it was great and the location in the center of everything of all the entertainments and.pirr, great location, The people from customer support great and friendly. Honestly really Great stay easy recommend anyone have almost no negatives to stay. Definitely would come back.
− People who lived inside the same house were sometimes at night time really loud, ths one night were shouting and arguing till 4AM and people leaving downstairs outside doors constantly open which is not safe but that's beside people being like that everything else inside the flat was great.

5.0The place was very clean..but as the weather was hot it was like a sauna inside as we were on a high level, so a fan would make a difference as you were over looked by the neighbours and the windows only opened so far! We actually didn't stay the night as it was very uncomfortable with the heat! And the noise from the neighbours made us feel uncomfortable sorry to say but the whole place smelt of weed!!

3.0Location is about all we liked,
− The mattress fell through the bed frame because the slats are not in good condition. We put the mattress on the floor to sleep! Under the bed was filthy. There is no sensor light when you go up the stairs until you get to your room.
