Was only using it at a base to visit family who live close by, the location was perfect.

− Cleanliness is not great, towels looked worn, and some marks on them. Lots of traffic passing by, which without ear plugs would be a problem. Also, as there are only blinds on the window, the headlights from the traffic light up the room at night.

Comfortable apartment for Four people only.

Clean apartment. We'll equipped kitchen, TV, good WiFi, even has washing machine. Nice clear instructions for a smooth anytime check in. Nice big double bed in main bedroom. Free on street parking no problem

− It was stated that the apartment sleeps six persons, which is what we needed. However this is a bit of a stretch as this includes use of a pullout couch in the living room which really isn't fit for purpose. It's hard to operate and lumpy and uncomfortable. We had to use the mattress separately and the couch cushions on the floor. More comfortable than the couch but far from ideal.. I would say this apartment should only claim to accommodate four people as only this many have a reasonable bed. Disappointed for the money we paid.

Nothing didn't stay

− Got to property outside looked like a tenner ment block Went through frount door and there was a corridor with no lighting. Light came through sky light in celling Spiral Stairs was made of concrete no carpet and no handrail my size 5 feet just fit on widest part Flat was on second story got to flat door and lock was very sticky could hardly open lock Decided I had anoth and tried somewhere else to stay

This apartment was spotless, fair few steps up to it but once inside you forget that, great size bedrooms, bathroom has a shower and bath, very modern and clean, lovely front room and modern kitchenette. Definitely recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed. 5 star accommodation at 2 star price.

− Just the stairs up to the apartment. That's it.

It was clean

− The access was really poor the corridor had no lighting in the dark 2 flights of stairs that were very steep no hand rails. Clearly there had been attempts to enter the flat which made us feel unsafe. As I’ve said in the past whilst we are not disabled a description of access should be given prior to making a booking not after.

Spacious! Kind service via the app from staff! Lock box self service :-) Had everything you needed, clean and tidy! Beds very comfy - had great nights sleep! TV had Netflix which is always a plus! Very clean and tidy! Bedding smelt amazing! Price was very good (but we did get a booking.com discount) Home from home service - will definitely book again!

− Could do with a little paint work touch up and little DIY touch ups here and there but it was great nonetheless! Maybe a bolt lock on the inside of the front door to lock us in! But these are all personal things! Didn’t affect our stay one bit!
