Good if all you need is a clean bed and somewhere to eat.
6.0We appreciated good communication from the host, clean beds, a warm environment, access to a washing machine if needed. The kitchen / diner is a good 'together' space. It's on the doorstep for National Trust property / gardens at Nymans if these are of interest. We found the location convenient for visiting family nearby.
− Cleanliness generally good, but lacked attention to detail in places. One bedroom was very cramped with space for the bed and one chair, but little else in the way of luggage. There is no on-site parking as stated in the property details and we had to park a little distance away (possibly due to extra visitors in the adjoining cottages with it being Easter weekend). If the weather looks as though it might be inclement bring your own entertainment as the property offers nothing in the way of information / books / puzzles etc to keep you occupied. Wifi was hit-and-miss. If the weather is lovely there is a terrace, but no furniture provided to enable you to sit out on it.
