Cozy, comfortable and clean!
10.0Absolutely brilliant cottage. Extremely clean, cozy and comfortable he had everything we needed, and considering we went during a heat wave, the property stayed relatively cool which was pleasant! Some people have mentioned the sound of vehicles keeping them up. This really was not the case for us and we had the windows open wide, perhaps the long walks made us too tired to notice! Very pleasant, would recommend and would go again!

− Was unaware of the staircase and parking situation which may have made me reconsider booking but didn't let these bother my stay
The cottage was very sweet and comfortable. Well equipped comfortable and excellent location.
8.0− The bedroom was very close to the road so we had to keep the window closed. This made the room even hotter during the heatwave. The pub opposite seemed to regularly discharge effluent waste into the river which produced an unpleasant smell. ( is this legal?? We could not get terrestrial channels on TV.
Great little get away for stay overs
10.0We loved the space and easy access to places we needed to be.
Absolutely great fun everything was at hand.
10.0The place was exceptional comfortable had a great view of river and eas dog froendly. The location was exceptional. I got to lyme regis in minutes in tbe car. There was a pub virtually next door dog friendly that served cooked food and everything was at hand. We had a great stay.
